About Akooshi
Akooshi is more than just a brand; we’re a mission.
We are a social enterprise dedicated to empowering artisans and preserving our planet. Based in Ghana, we create stunning, functional products from repurposed coconut shells. Our vision is to offer sustainable alternatives to plastic while providing economic opportunities for our community.
By transforming discarded coconut shells into beautiful bowls, cups, jewelry, and home decor, we’re not only reducing waste but also creating employment opportunities for skilled artisans. Our products are free from harmful chemicals often found in plastic, making them a healthier choice for you and the environment.
We believe in the power of design to create products that are both aesthetically pleasing and environmentally friendly. Our commitment to innovation drives us to explore new possibilities with this remarkable natural material.
Join us in our journey towards a greener future.
